Today is skills day. We will take three attempts at each and average the score. The more consistent you are, the better your score. We will finish with sprints...or as coach Bear Bryant called them.... gassers.
Perform the following tests:
L-sit for time.
Handstand walk for distance.
Chest to bar weighted pull-up for load.
Snatch 1 rep for load.
