Good Monday to everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend. Now that the Games are over, it's time to get back to "normal"...whatever that is. Keep in mind that Regionals and The Crossfit Games are great fun to watch and we would love to take a group to both this year.
A couple of announcements to make. We will be starting a Paleo Challenge next Monday April 2nd. We will begin with an orientation to Paleo on Friday. We will measure, weigh, and gather body compositions on Friday as well. Before pictures will be taken for those who are comfortable. This will be an eight week contest. There will be a $20 entry fee with the winner taking all plus a few other goodies. If you are looking for motivation for the summer and want to get that summer body ready then this is a great way to start. More information will be provided this week!
