We are offering our Paleo Challenge to Crossfit non-members if you have a friend or if you are interested in learning a basic intro to Paleo eating. We have found that through this type of diet, workouts get better, recovery is faster and body fat come off easily. We will be kicking things of on Friday with a short lecture to review the Paleo Diet, talk about differences between The Zone and Paleo and a few other tid bits. Cost for non members is $20 for the lecture plus $20 for enrty fee.
