We had phenomenal success with PR's being set all day yesterday. Watching how hard you all work and seeing results like we saw yesterday make it worth it for an old coach. The progress you all make through your hard work and commitment is obvious to everyone. You all should be proud of yourselves as I am proud of each and every one of you!
