Day 3 of the Challenge...stay on track, it gets easier!
Congrats to Roger, our BJJ coach and owner of The Agora Training Center, for his first ever kids promotions! I'm sure this is the first of many. The quality of instruction is far above any I have ever seen. The quality of person is exceptional. Paula and I have had the pleasure of getting to know Roger overthe last couple of years. We took a chance on Roger at the time and he has delivered. His students know he would do anything for them. He has grown his school single handily and he should be proud. His exceptional instruction is evident in the quality of his students. I know we are proud of him and all his students. Strong work Roger, it is a pleasure to have you under our roof.

Warm up:
10 minutes of med ball toss
Strength:
Front squat - work to a heavy single then
70% Death by Front squat for 10 minutes
WOD:
For time:
200 meter lunges
Press/Push press
With a 45#/35# bar on the shoulders, perform 3 walking lunges then 3 presses or push press. Continue this rep scheme for 200 meters.
