My name is John Crow. I am a certified Crossfit Instructor and licensed affiliate. I have been involved in the health and fitness field for 19 years as a paramedic, registered nurse and personal trainer. I understand the value of wellness. It is my desire to share the knowledge I have gained with the general public.
I am the principal strength and conditioning coach for Rage in the Cage Training Center #3 located in Casa Grande, AZ. The conditioning of the combat athlete is my passion, however, my clients include athletes of all ages and fitness levels.
I started training in my garage in 2006. Two years later we moved to a larger warehouse space in Feb 2008. Due to the phenomenal results of Crossfit, we were forced to move again to a larger space where we are currently located. Every class is monitored by a coach who will provide you with some of the highest level instruction in the fitness industry.
I invite you to try a class and feel the difference for yourself. The first class is always free so you have nothing to lose! Thank you for interest.

Hi can you tell me the difference between running & jogging in reference to pace? If my pace is around 11 minutes per mile, am I jogging or running?
Thanks!
