One on One - This session is most intensive. A thorough evaluation is performed for each client. Functional movements are taught in detail. Workouts are designed to challenge each individual regardless of fitness level and to improve all ten general physical skills. The individual will increase work capacity across broad modal domains. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of Olympic lifting, Kettlebells, Sprinting, Squat, Deadlift, core stability etc...
Group - This class is designed for those with a general understanding of CrossFit movements and methodology. The classes are designed to be challenging for all fitness levels. This class is a higher intensity than One on One sessions although can be scaled back to meet the fitness level of any individual.
