This is a response I hear often. Of course you can't..yet! Very few individuals are capable of performing high level functional movement and muscle recruitment patterns without practice.
Add to that the volume of work and it seems nearly impossible! Believe me, I thought the same thing when I started. I could have sworn coach Glassman was on some sort of mind altering drugs when I read the Workout of the Day. However, with a lot of practice, persistence and old fashioned blood, sweat, and tears i was able to accomplish more than I have ever been able to during my athletic career.
I have countless clients tell me the same. The seemingly impossible becomes possible. Eventually the "impossible" becomes the norm and you your life will change, your view of fitness will change. You can read about this stuff for day. The only way to experience Crossfit is to do it.
